Am I charged Sales Tax?
Sales tax is only collected from Texas residents. We do not collect Sales Tax from residents of other states.
Are your crosses hand-painted?
YES! Each cross is hand-painted by a trained painter. They are all individually created with time and attention to detail.
Are your designs copyrighted?
All of our designs are copyrighted and we take this very seriously. Under no circumstances shall our designs be duplicated. Any copying of our designs will be dealt with appropriately by our legal department.
However, if you are a store and you would like to use our photos on your website in order to sell our products, you can do this with our permission. Please contact us to request permission to use our photos.

Can I personalize my Cross order?
We have 4 crosses that can be personalized with a name and date. Please check carefully when you input the letters/dates are these orders cannot be returned.
Can items be returned or exchanged?
If your purchase arrives damaged or if you are missing items, we are happy to help you with an exchange or refund. Due to the intimate nature of our leotards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on them.
Do you ship outside of the United States of America?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
How do I check the Status of my Order?
You can check on the status of your order at any time by clicking on My Account. You will be able to view all of your order details and the status of your order.
How long after I place an order will it be shipped?
All orders placed M-F will be packaged and shipped within 1-4 business days of the order. Wholesale orders are shipped within a week of receipt except during market times, when shipping may take longer.

What are your Shipping Fees?
For retail orders, we offer a flat rate of $3.95 for orders $1-$30. Shipping on orders of $30 and over are free! For wholesale orders, freight usually runs $13 - $15 per large box.
What if I need my order shipped faster?
Please note in the comments that you would like your order rushed and we will make every effort to rush it however we cannot guarantee rush orders.
What if my order arrives with damaged or missing items?
We try our best to make sure your items are in perfect condition. If you ever have a missing or damaged item, please contact us immediately and tell us what was missing or damaged. We may require a photograph of a damaged item. We can usually supply a refund or replacement within a few days.
